DELIVERY AND DISPATCH TERMS:

delivery and dispatch services are automated and serviced through Emirates Post or through Third Party hosts
will forward the goods ordered by you to the name and address you give at the time you make your order
will deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 10 days of dispatch of the order
delivery times quoted on the website are estimates, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies from our distribution fulfillment

RETAIL AND PRICING:

pricing is inclusive of VAT within the United Arab Emirates
calculates delivery fees at checkout
retail and distribution for the rest of the world are not subject to UAE VAT, however the pricing matrix does not account for any customs, duties, or additional charges which will be charged upon entry of goods into the respective territory. These charges are typically determined at the point of entry and must be paid before you can receive it. In these cases, all applicable clearances fees and delays are the responsibility of the customer

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

does not accept refunds or replacements unless the item you purchased is defective
if you receive a defective item, please contact us at office@hyperhouse.ae within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase, details of the product, and photographs of the defect
will review the complaint and notify you via email, within 30 days
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment
